Pros
Culture is historically great. People care about their work and it shows. Company just went through major reorg and made a huge commitment to customer experience and digital transformation which is what makes us special. My hope is to eventually move to that part of the organization. bonus that it’s diverse.
Cons
We are losing bits of our culture with being virtual. I don’t think we are adjusting for not being together everyday and worry we won’t be the same in a few years. This is very concerning. Silos exist and we don’t do anything to break them down. I don’t know if this is on purpose.
