we are like family, we really are! been here for 23 years, cant imagine working anywhere else! as a sales representative, we have a massive product offering, so i can truly be a Trusted Advisor, I can honestly offer the best solutions to suit the customers personal requirements. I love that! we are very highly trained, and supported. I am always proud to say I work for Henry Schein. its never ever boring, EVER! We celebrate together, and encourage one another

Cons

its is a massive company, so can be overwhelming with all that is Henry Schein sometimes. some staff are not customer focused enough, which makes my job harder

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
