Pros

Monday through Friday, Rarely you will work a Saturday Benefits are great, PTO is Amazing Coworkers are amazing

Cons

Training is short and customers are Rude because of high hold times, Training is on older versions of the product and never get refreshed. Management Changing there minds to fix the issue and taking to much than they can chew. When you go to management to explain possible fixes they said that is not a good way to lower things. Micromanagement from Utah telling you how to do your job. No Clear sense of direction .

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
