Pros

Excellent benefits and in general it's a good company to work for.

Cons

The most stressful job I have ever been in. Constantly being attacked by sales, doctors (clients), regional management, and of course cooperate management. They try to make the operations staff feel included within the company, but the operations staff (equipment coordinators especially) is under paid and over worked. The pay is terrible for the amount of stress and responsibility in a role that receives no appreciation, no bonuses, no free vacations (like techs and sales people can earn), and generally little to no appreciation. Not to mention you generally work in a cubicle (and in my case) across from bitter and cold people 40 hours a week.

Collaborative environment, great people, and internal growth. The biggest asset here is the people, everyone is approachable and willing to help a peer.

Cons

Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
