Pros
Long term career opportunity is well beyond normal. Many employees have been there for over 10 years. Great opportunity to have work life balance in professional and lower level management positions. Company is more responsible than most other large companies with reductions in workforce.
Cons
It is true everywhere but, relationships drive opportunities for advancement. Performance is not well recognized or rewarded so many top performers who expect progression and to be paid for results leave. Culture is cost management.
