I was trained to know valuable info about the sign business useful for my next job. Computer equipment is very good and interoffice communication exceptional. The owners are good-hearted but can be a bit impersonal. They produce quality work and take pride in their product.

Don't make any mistakes! I know we're human, but management is not too forgiving. Offices and restrooms are dirty, unattractive to visitors/customers.

The team is incredible. Everyone wants to work together well and get to the common goal. It's ownership that causes the problems.
