Management is clueless on the proper way to run a company. It is impossible for your employees to follow your leadership when they are constantly gossiped about. There were several instances where private information that was shared with management behind closed doors was shared openly around the company. Offices/work areas are dirty and unkempt, management is too cheap to hire a cleaning service. No HR department. Owner only cares about how much money he can get from a customer rather than delivering quality service/product.
