Henry Ford is a great company, good benefits. A person can really learn a lot in this job.

Cons

Working in customer service with the public is draining. Another con is it is just answering phones all day, very repetitive.

Pros

Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

Cons

Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
