      My Pros were the Patients and overall learning the differences in lab test, getting to meet good people.

      Cons

      My Cons were the lab assistant stop drawing patients and the nursing assistants started which stop some of the work load.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
