HR has TOTAL control of all clinics, they can terminate you without the consent of your manager. Any late clock in's or missed time EVEN with doctor's notes/excuses ALL count against you. Once you are in corrective action, its difficult to get out of - and THEY WILL TERMINATE YOU. They will write you up for "alleged allegations" WITHOUT proper investigation. They will terminate you and tell you to apply for unemployment and then DENY you. Once Henry Ford took over, it became worse than working for University of Michigan - where clinic coordinators can harass and fire you without repercussion.
