Pros
They have a retirement program. The majority of the staff are great people. I like what I do and it keeps me going. I know the patients get good quality care.
Cons
Management needs to listen and try some of the staff ideas for solving situations. Hands on people usually have the best ideas and are more willing to make the changes. Too much nepotism, policy is not adhered to. Hire many part-time or contingent positions, therefore they do not get benefits. Training is minimal when new procedures or equipment is introduced. Meetings are on your own time, but will be reflected on your performance review.
