Poor work life balance - Recruitment Consultant Henry Blue Employee Review

Really difficult to find pros, when not paid.

I have not been paid for services rendered.

A small pocket of lovely people. A nice office in the center of Manchester.

Too many, avoid this company and the Limitless group in general! Little to no training. Limited and the most basic resources and systems to be successful in recruitment thats nowhere near the level of other recruitment companies. 'Cold Desks'. Toxic workplace culture with cliquey employees with a large chunk that would ignore you from the beginning. 3 separate occasions where different colleagues hit another (all different individuals involved) and numerous misogynistic comments by staff including seniors to female colleagues. Very long hours with little reward, low commission and an extremely high turnover rate. Some staff fired for no reason even when billing more than the directors favorites or just before finalising multiple deals or due to lack of training and support. Director critical of taking holidays and would question you're personal time off. Spoke less than 50 words to the director in around 9 months of being there.
