      Initial salary and working hours.

      Cons

      Lack of trust on their employees. Exptremely high KPIs. Work under stress to reach expectations. You will be chased all the time if you dont reach their goals, no matter how hard you try. Employees are just numbers. Salary will not be updated according to the raise of the cost of life. Lack of transparency.
