      Great mission, Opportunities for training, Growth if you are a self-starter. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay for level of education needed (not necessarily required). Admin can be clueless, innovation-averse and out of touch. Some bad apples, bad attitudes. Longtime employees need to stop resenting the merger with Hennepin County and focus on the public/patrons.
