A lot of the daily stuff is handled by liasons and corporate, free health insurance

There is a lot of red tape, international owners, split floor, low commission for the building industry, dropped our draw to nothing, no more rotating weekends, and handle inside issues poorly. Childish team members that are poison to the team have run out our top salesperson and damaged the mood at work. The turnover is so high.
