Pros

- Extremely diverse and inclusive environment, especially welcoming to different nationalities, genders, generations, and LGBTQ+ individuals. - A positive and constructive work atmosphere, with a lot of openness to change and personal development. - A strong sense of family values despite the company's large size, which makes it feel like a home away from home. - Flexible working models, like home office options, that really support work-life balance. - Good social benefits and a nice campus infrastructure, including healthy canteen options and a convenient parking system. - Plenty of development opportunities within the company, allowing for career growth without having to leave.

Cons

The sheer size of the company can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for someone who needs more personal downtime and isn't naturally a big networker. The social expectations can be a bit draining. In some areas, the hierarchical structure is still noticeable and can be a barrier to full agility and self-organized teams. Like many large corporations, some processes can be a bit slow, although this has improved over the years.
