      Pros

      Excellent parental leave policy. Really enforces work-life balance related policies. Great work culture. Compensation is on par or above market value. A lot of leadership came up from the ranks therefore leadership team is very knowledgeable and understanding of the problems encountered by the rank-and-file employees

      Cons

      Hard to leave company. Was originally planning to stay for only 6 months, but still with the company after more than 10 years.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
