      Good compensation and health benefits.

      Cons

      Open positions tend to not get filled leading to heavy workload with limited resources. Too inward focused. Scottsdale politics grow tiring. Taking vacation or time off is a struggle.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
