      -Positive work environment -Commitment to work-life balance with hybrid and remote opportunities -Continued focus on sustainability actions in all aspects of the work environment and in the product development -internal development opportunities via e-learning, in-person learning, promotion potential, cross departmental opportunities including local and global options

      Cons

      -As with all large corporations there are challenges with slowness in implementing change for larger projects (as expected due to budgets and involvement) -Slowness in the hiring process, don't be discouraged if it takes time

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
