      Pros

      Being with Henkel for decades covering different positions in different areas, I see with all the cultural changes we had in the last years an open and inclusive environment which offers a lot of interesting jobs within great teams.

      Cons

      Due to the size some processes have been not as lean as they could be. But we are working on this.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
