Pros
Very good benefits and a solid reputation. They offer 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules and dependent care account matching.
Cons
Corporate culture has declined in the last two years, leaving organization fragmented and very siloed. Workload has also increased as jobs have been eliminated, forcing employees to do more at a lesser quality than before. Morale is extremely low for those that have been there long enough to witness the change in culture.
