I've never worked at a company where nepotism was rampant, cliques were so bad it was like high school, unprofessional behavior was tolerated, undeserving people got promotions, and top management didn't know my name. Expect to work weekends, holidays, and at least 50 hours a week. Learn a way to handle stress, like meditation, etc. You will need it.
