      It does not really have any cons, because it really depends on what you want to get from the company. maybe it is too serious. If you want very open or start-up culture, Henkel doesnt fit you

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
