Not enough employees for the workload and lacking positive work environment - Operations Henkel Employee Review

Too large of workload for existing employees. Work not appreciated. Certain policies and benefits advertised in interview are not given once you are employed (working at home, training, paid education). Very little investment in employees, yet high expectations. Small or no raise each year. Reviewed against peers annually in such a way that teamwork and helping others is discouraged.
