      Flexible working hours and relatively nice side benefits. Very stable company. Position is mostly relaxed except certain peaks, closings.

      Cons

      Supporting counterparts from a distance can be bothersome if you are used to be close to the business. Not a very dynamic job.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
