      Pros

      International and diverse team with eager employees who really try to drive things to the next level. Good team with professional and private exchange.

      Cons

      Very hierachy oriented with chaotic decision taking that often is not perceived as really in line with what would be best for the overall team. Long working hours are rather the normal than an exception.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
