      Great culture and team spirit. high diversity many inspirational and motivational people

      Cons

      The pay is relatively lower than the pay of other competition. Also, the company claims to have work flexibility in hours/working from home but in reality it does not. Most importantly, the development of employees and the company's investment in them is non-existent compared to other companies

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
