      Pros

      Great people; creative projects; good benefits. Just a well oiled machine :) that this year turns 150 years since founded, but that doesn't mean it is not modern, agile and cool... also the products we make? Amazing: Persil, Witte Reus, Fleuril, Swartzkopf, Fa, Syoss, Vapona, Zen'sect, Got2Be, Authentic Beauty Concept, Olaplex ( recently acquired), Pritt, Ceresit, Bonderite, Pattex etc :)

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of, just to continue to progress, take care of our people and put cool innovations on the market ( did you know our adhesives in smartphones help to cool of the devices?)

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
