Pros

Really good team (bar one or 2) at site level. Some genuinely good people who show strong resilience against the constant barrage from above.

Cons

New restructure every week it seems. More spreadsheet pushers than people who have worked in the real world. Hours are a killer, weekend work sucks. One of the worst company's I've worked for but with the best people (mostly) at site level. Claim to be a family company but there is zero empathy from management.
