Pros
Great family-based employee oriented company with great growth potential for employees with interested in developing as a leader. Innovation and continuos improvement are difficult to get right at any company but Hendrickson has broken down many barriers to allowing employees to run with their ideas and see them through. Total comp is at the top end of the market but job enrichment is why we stay.
