      Room to grow People will answer questions and help when they can

      Cons

      Same as any manufacturing job short staffed, when someone leaves their responsibilities move to the next person as well as their current responsibilities. This is quite common so not really a con.

      Pros

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Cons

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.

      Mismanaged, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, dangerous working conditions, safety is a joke, retaliation, and harassment.
