      Pros

      Good benefits. Office facilities were well established. Key position in the factory. Nice projects developed. Some people on the giod road, other not.

      Cons

      Some people from management. Quality of the air from workshop. Somebody took many additional advantages from their position. Position stairs were not well established. Promotion made on unreal facts.

      Pros

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Cons

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.

      Mismanaged, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, dangerous working conditions, safety is a joke, retaliation, and harassment.
