Awesome employee discounts and benefits, big name company that will look good on your resume.
Cons
Management is horrible with communication, does not keep their word when they promise you a "management position". Work/life balance slowly diminishes. The pay does not equal how much you do and how much of your personal life you will need to sacrifice.
