Benefits, attracts talented people, turnover generally low, although that seems to be changing.
Cons
Culture has changed drastically through the years. Although they are working on it, you have a culture on paper that has fantastic objectives, but there is little accountability where management is concerned and too much "do as I say, not as I do" from leadership, which has greatly affected companywide morale. For this reason, it has accelerated the loss of some really great people over the last year.
