      Good pay and colleagues that work in stores are fantastic people.

      Cons

      No work life balance, unpaid overtime, management are bullies and totally unsympathetic to other customer advisors needs, expected to fufil duties you are not trained to do.

      Small crew, but lots of drama

      Cons

      Bad management, Micro Managing, Toxic and predominantly white masculinity. Lack of growth. Management Rude and often extremely unprofessional.
