Pros

Flexibility with hours worked (although a ridiculous hours of overtime end up happening)

Cons

The restructure of the company seems to have had a negative impact on the company. Lot more micromanaging has begun and the salary is a lot lower than industry standards.

lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

Cons

workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
