Experience building relationships with clients, see lots of different accounts and work with many different brands, enjoyed coworker relationships

Very difficult to get promoted or get a raise, management expects you to do your job "plus half of the job at the level above you" to get promoted to that level. Challenging to work remote because management was not always available, helpful or consistent unless you were in-person.
