Pros

- Depending on the team, some people could be really great to work with. - Salary is OK for the SDM position, everyone else earns pennies. - Canteen in the office

Cons

Pure Januszex. Some part of management in Wroclaw is a mixture of boomers with a car repair shop vibe. Racist jokes behind not-so close doors, sexist remarks in a clique of the most senior employees. It's surprising that they got so high up. (From what people say everyone who could already left to find better and healthier positions, and that's still the trend, there isn't many people working there for a good few years.) Some of them put on a persona of a kind and great leaders, but as soon as anything happens you can see what kind of people they actually are. Weird policy with working from home where you need to virtually 'tap in' to show you started working; different WFH days in each teams all depending on your manager. Management doesn't get any % from the deals they are signing Overall - toxic.

We strive to foster a culture in which all our colleagues consider themselves as part of a team. On the other hand, we recognize that you did not see your experience working with us to be positive overall. However, we do not agree with your characterization of our company. Our mission above all else is to enthuse our customers, and we also care very deeply about our colleagues who work with us. That’s why we give them responsibilities from Day 1 and offer them support and they grow into their roles, and we provide managers with extensive leadership onboarding and training to make sure they have the knowledge and skills to manage their teams effectively and in a way in which their team members’ needs and concerns are addressed. And as for your criticism of our online login tool, it’s unclear to us why you as a manager would find it “weird” that all our colleagues virtually log in at the start of their work day so that their managers can confirm that their remote team members are present and accounted for. As a Service Delivery Manager, monitoring this on a daily basis should have been one of your key responsibilities. We are, of course, very disappointed to hear your reports of racist and sexist comments being made by some of our colleagues. This is very much against who we are as a company, and we do not tolerate such behavior. Our HR colleagues are trained to handle such cases, and all our colleagues are asked to reach out to HR when they experience or witness such discrimination. Therefore, we wonder whether you made use of this support which we offer while you were working with us. Have yet to find any.

Cons

No yearly raises, takes too long or forgets to remburse for transportation. Unusually high expectations yet doesn't give enough work to meet those expectations, very small amount of holidays off; and on the holidays you work, you might not get tickets anyway so you might as well just get a paid day off anyway. Performance review is complete nonsense. They do not judge you by how good you are, and they also pay you hourly for jobs that one would normally get hundreds; sometimes thousands for. Your experience doesn't matter, they are greedy and don't care about onsite technicians.
