Dear former colleague, Thank you for writing us a review. We’re glad that you were satisfied with the working environment and the friendly people you worked with locally. We strongly believe is fostering an Orange Blooded Culture in which our colleagues communicate openly and honestly with a high level of team spirit to achieve results together. However, we are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your overall experience working with us. For one thing, it is unfortunate that you came away with the opinion that those working in our headquarters were not honest or organized, although it is difficult for us to process this feedback without knowing more specifics. For example, it is unclear how you were able to discern “based on appearance and looks” how much your colleagues were earning. It’s disappointing that you did not find our career opportunities beneficial. The fact is that Hemmersbach offers a number of development opportunities, and our internal job board is a fantastic place to find other opportunities within the company. In fact, 8% of our job openings are closed through applications submitted internally. It’s also troubling that you concluded that your position came with no benefits. We do offer a range of benefits which—depending on location—includes such things as staff discounts, health insurance, and pension schemes.
