When it comes to compensation, we pay our colleagues fair and performance oriented. We employ many graduates and career changers from different industries, which occasionally accounts for lower entry salaries. However, we invest a great deal in the professional development of our colleagues and offer them a company-wide e-learning platform, development programs and a language-learning academy, just to mention a few. By doing this, we support our colleagues in yielding great work results, for which we are glad to reward our colleagues. Have yet to find any.

Cons

No yearly raises, takes too long or forgets to remburse for transportation. Unusually high expectations yet doesn't give enough work to meet those expectations, very small amount of holidays off; and on the holidays you work, you might not get tickets anyway so you might as well just get a paid day off anyway. Performance review is complete nonsense. They do not judge you by how good you are, and they also pay you hourly for jobs that one would normally get hundreds; sometimes thousands for. Your experience doesn't matter, they are greedy and don't care about onsite technicians.
