Pros
Overall, the company has a lot of potential and offers a competitive salary, especially since they are expanding in the Philippines. The base pay is higher compared to some local companies, which is appealing, and the work is onsite some maybe hybrid giving a more structured environment. However, the company’s approach to benefits feels lacking, especially in comparison to other organizations. They do not offer night differentials, as the salary is already considered the "base," which may be a drawback for some employees.
Cons
The culture and experience within the company largely depend on your direct supervisor. Unfortunately, this can make or break your experience. Despite delivering exceptional performance and receiving commendations from stakeholders, employees can be at risk of termination if their supervisor doesn’t like them. There’s no warning process in place—no NTEs (Notice to Explain), no one-on-one coaching, and no prior indication. This creates a feeling of being replaceable at any given moment, which can be unsettling.
