Pros
This used to be a fantastic place to work. Not being part of a big engineering company meant that the projects were interesting, challenging and rewarding. The managers used to invest in professional development of staff and bonuses were decent.
Cons
Old boys club in senior management. Extremely challenging place to work as a female. Almost zero focus on staff retention and increasingly unrealistic billable targets made it harder to qualify for smaller bonuses. Workload was overwhelming and managers were hesitant to hire additional staff. Most of the faces on the marketing materials have been overworked and underappreciated for far too long.
