You work with great people every day. Everyone who works at Hemav becomes a part of the family. You get to work on projects you're interested in.

There are really no cons to this company besides the fact that it is hard to communicate with the employers if you don't speak Spanish very well. However, they do a good job at trying to speak whichever language you speak.
