      Genuine shared passion and energy Surrounded by an incredibly competent and supportive team Familial atmosphere, a real sense of care Plenty of agency

      Can be difficult to get work/life balance right - that comes with the agency though, as opposed to from Hem

      Start up vibes, but in and 11 year old company

      Cons

      No direction. Company is floundering in a sea of furniture brands. They did a huge restructuring before I was hired and continued to eliminated people on a daily basis until after 3 months they let me go.
