Pros
- Good working environment with great management. - It has been about on year since I am working here and each month received salary on-or-before time. - Various Bonus structures and rewards are there to keep us motivated to work. -Clarity in Vision of Management for improvement leads to challenging and interesting assignments which is highly effective for self improvement.
Cons
-New assignments are given without any prior training, though it helps in self improvement but those assignments takes longer time to finish.
