Flexible schedule, depending on the client’s needs. Good job for college students who want to work mostly evenings during the school year and have an interest in special populations.
Cons
You are essentially a contract employee and there is no growth potential. Also, no mileage reimbursement and I did quite a bit of driving for my client.
