      Pros

      All the clients you work with are doing good in the world. Opportunities to really help clients use technology to further their mission. Team was great - diverse backgrounds. Worked with them for over a dozen years as an employee and a freelancer, advancing from Developer to CTO.

      Cons

      Client budget limitations were sometimes misaligned with their expectations - can happen with nonprofit clients.
