Love working with the clients. I love what I do. It's a attachment.
Cons
Scheduling issues. Hardly no staff. Hard to hire new people. When current staff ask for time off 2 weeks in advance 99.9% of the time it doesn't get approved. I work 6 straight days then get a day off!
