Pros

Lots of buyer leads, maybe too many. Most are not of any value just "looky loo's" the owner will give you. If your looking to manage your own business forget it. This place is all about the owner who sets the tone and is the only one allowed to take listings. The only place for an agent in this organization is as a buyers agent and they take %50 of any buyer they give you along with franchise fee's, TC fee's, E&O insurance ect.....I did one deal and got $2800 on a $600,000 sale. You'll starve working for HelpUSell.

Cons

Yes! it's true they give you tons of buyer leads from Turlia, Realtor.com and the like but most of it is garbage that your expected to load into Top Producer and manage like it's all valuable. I spent 90 percent of my time nurturing garbage but was expected to report on it every week to the owner. I did get one deal into escrow my first month there but it was with a past client I had come to an open house a HelpUSell listing and Instead of taking a referral fee from me as agreed to they took %50 of my commission. Their snakes to there buyers agents. Stay away.

Pros

Small Company with a lot of training and support. Their platform allows for you to really learn real estate from top to bottom.

Cons

Need to work on driving consistency between franchises.

Pros

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They treat you like family. They are always trying to give advice and willing to listen to your problems. They are very proactive with this market. Althought some of there ideas are dated. The effort is what counts. They are very very helpful with everything that one could imagine in the field of real estate

Cons

The downsides are not with the company. They are witht the overall market. But lack of quick closings causes long gaps between commissions, marketing expenses, phone expenses, too much competition. The website does not produce viable leads for the sales force.
