If I have an idea or issue, I can take it directly to the CEO! Ramp up and training was invigorating, and although well supported, I had the ability to learn on my own by asking team mates and others to get the correct answer to a question Immediatley. As a softare company, the platform is updated and tweaked on a daily basis with major rollouts quarterly. The clients love us becaus we look after them. New equipement, top notch support and the top programs for my job. I became a "we" after about 2 days. One of the best career moves I ever made.
